Nazca
Spring 2022 | Branding Identity, Photography
For this project I started by selecting a UNESCO world heritage site, with the goal to create a refreshed typographic mark. The site is the Nazca Lines which created by the Nascan people between 1-700 C.E. The geoglyphs were formed by removing weathered stones from the desert floor that had developed a dark patina on their surface. The word mark reflects the clean simplicity of the geoglyphs construction while also embodying its expansiveness. The wordmark can expand to fit any media that it is placed on, mimicing the quality of the lines that expand thousands of miles in the desert.
